Is lactation time and breastfeeding leave the same thing?

Although both relates to "breastfeeding", they are not the same thing.

Let me first talk about the breastfeeding leave: female employees who meet one of the following conditions can enjoy 6 and a half months of breastfeeding leave:

1. The maternity leave is full, if you have difficulties and also your work allows, you can apply for the breastfeeding leave which shall be approved by the company’s management

2. Certified by a medical institution which is above the secondary level, who suffers from a postpartum disease that seriously affects the health of the mother and baby, and submit an application in person.

And lactation time (also can call, breastfeeding time) refers to:

Female employees have not enjoyed the breastfeeding leave or after the breastfeeding leave expires, within the first year of the baby born, female workers can be arranged one hour of breastfeeding time for the breastfeeding during the daily working hours; for female workers who have multiple births, every lactation for one more infant, then can increase 1 hour lactation time more per day.

So if I take breastfeeding leave, will my salary be reduced?

After a female employee takes breastfeeding leave, the salary during the breastfeeding leave shall not be less than 80% of the original salary according to the related regulation.
